I would love to see this cap space going towards a Duane Brown extension THIS year. Not a man I want to see on the open market.

As ****ty as Jacoby is, he can block. Thats the ONLY thing him and Walter can do. IMO, they are both equally horrible, BOTH need to be gone

You're right, I was being a little harsh on him. He is the worst blocker of our WRs. Which isn't as much of a knock on him, as it is a compliment to staff and how they coach the WRs to block.

Walters hands are money. Which is job #1.

Agree totally, but this one as a fan stings a bit.

Donny hands do you no good if you too slow to get open. Just get rid of both of them so we can make more cap for Peyton :p

I remember Walter missing quite a handful of passes down the stretch this season and in the playoffs. And like someone said, if you are too slow to create separation from even the worst of cover corners in the league, hands don't mean ****

Winston is a great guy...we all know that.

But was he really that great an OL player?

I heard his number called too many times by the men in stripes and got burned too often by inferior D-linemen this past season. His production was on the down...from what I can see from my couch.

Love the guy....but if he is casulty of signing a more production player and the OL doesn't suffer at the lose of a Myers or Brisel...then I'll take that.

Myers or Brisel is more valuable than Wintson....but again....super cool dude....gonna miss him....

Just a handful of great catches KW made this year, all in clutch situations, that put Jacoby to absolute shame.

Luck or not, it was great hands and awareness here.

There's more than one great 40+ yard catch that came in this game, but I can only find this one. The other came with under 2 minutes to go that gave us a chance to win the game.

Two super clutch catches here, including the game winner to get us in the playoffs.

KW is underappreciated here as a 3rd option. Granted, he's overpaid, but compared to Jacoby, he's a freaking bargain.

P.S. WTF is up with Youtube embedding not working here anymore?

Mine showed up for me. None of yours embedded though.

I was looking for that same diving catch but only found the one from October.

I used the embed code initially, but it didn't work. Oh well.

There was also a 3rd down converting catch on the game winning drive in the Falcons game that Kevin made.

Dude just smokes Jacoby in the passing game.

If Jacoby isn't making it rain the return game, he is almost worthless considering the heirarchy of weapons we have on offense.

I don't really mind this cut. Winston has a fat contract and is getting old. Also his reputation is better than his actual play these days. But I am curious how they're going to find his replacement. Likely not through the draft, given the unlikeliness of even a 1st round rookie tackle being able to come in and perform right away. We don't really have a great backup either. So perhaps the front office think they can find someone on the FA market or something? Or that the position isn't that important if they retain Myers and Brizel?
