The guy that started that doesn't live too far from me, and I tried some a few years ago when he was selling them in a convenient store around here. It's pretty good. But nowadays, I still think the best salsa is some tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and some peppers mixed together... sometimes the simplest stuff is the best. Just like street tacos -- some meat, cilantro, and onions with decent salsa. I don't need "gourmet street tacos". lol.

4 large tomatoes (quartered) 1 medium onion (quartered, no skin obvs) 1 jalapeno (halved) several garlic cloves (whole) on a pan, under the broiler for a roasting (some blackness) put in pot, cover with water, salt and pepper to taste, immersion blend that **** and cook it for like 2 hours. Deseed for no heat, hot sauce for extra spicy. take off heat, add juice of lime, chopped cilantro enjoy
