Cut Webb again and sign the other Webb. The one the Giants cut today. The NY media is freaking out that they let him go.

    This was with the Browns.

Guess what he could do here. Coleman can't be all that bad.

The fact that 2 teams have given him every chance to succeed, and have given up on him in a very short amount of time doesn't tell you anything??

Tells me that he probably wasn't content with something or another with those teams. Being let go like that and not being picked up right away might humble him a bit. Who knows, the kid might go beast mode on his next team to prove doubters wrong. One thing i know is Deshaun can take anyone's trash and turn them into a treasure.

Not sure he'll be any more content with the Texans WR room vs the Browns and Bills receiver rooms

What a putrid draft class. Hopefully Fuller puts a little respectability to it this year.

If he can stay healthy, so far that's been a bigger issue than his baby hands ever were.

I believe Kicker Dan Bailey is available.
I dont think Texans have another option if Fairbairn is unavailable for a while.
Pick up Bailey on a one year deal to bring Fairbairn along.
Second most accurate kicker in NFL history and is only 30 years old.
Could be worth an extra two games per year and is a much better option than trotting another Fat Randy/Nick Rose schlub out there.
Could force a change of tactics from opposing coaches late in games and he is a much better option in a tight game.

Th third QB is never really inactive. Just not as many options if he is the emergency QB.

So a guy gets traded for a 7th round pick, gets waived a few weeks later, and that tells you he wasn't content?

Hasn't Fairbairn been back at practice for a couple of weeks?

Traded by the Browns for a bag of chips and then released by the Bills who have no WR talent. I'm going to guess that the Texans will pass.

Because he doesn't play RB or CB and WR is probably the 2nd deepest position on this team
