Was Oubre moved 3 months before the Feb 7 deadline?

Creative stuff. A 1st to Atlanta and a couple of seconds might be enough to tempt them. Add another 2nd for the Grizziles too.

Was just giving a look though, Oubre is almost three years younger than Prince (who's about to turn 25 in two months).

No need to have a question mark for House, if he is eager to stay. He is 6'7''. Trade Ennis for a future 2nd rounder.

At the expense of stating the obvious, if this team makes a trade, it will have to part with talented players - you cant just cobble together all of your scrubs with a few picks for talented guys, especially when those scrubs dont have expiring contracts. Eric Gordon is really the big name here - PJ Tucker is always an option, but Harden has a close relationship to him and he has reported expressed frustration that PJ was being shopped so I cant see that happening. We have a glut at the SG/SF position, so parting with Gordon makes sense, though this comes with significant risk of course. Not sure what Morey will do, but I am certain it will be more than Knight + picks for an amazing talent, especially if it is in hopes of getting this team back to the WCF.

Well, I did say for the right $$$. I can't imagine that the Kings have Bjelica as untouchable. I'm sure if the Rockets offered the right stuff then it would make sense.

I think we can make a trade for Green work.

    Harteinstein
    Salary filler
    2 future 2nd rounders

About the same that the Cavs got for Kyle Korver.

I think that this year’s frp is the only frp that the Rockets are willing to trade. I don’t think that’s valuable enough to get rid of the Knight contract and receive something of value. Therefore I suspect that they will use the frp and Chriss to bring back something. I’m still hoping for Portis.

Chriss for Dedmon. Both are expiring and Hawks don't plan to have Dedmon in their future. Chriss is only 21yrs old, so Hawks could play him more after trade deadline to see if they want to pick up the option this summer.

I don’t think we have enough salary filler. Similar in Bjelica. You’re talking moving a “key” piece at that point to get him - salary and just required King’s return. Eg. Gordon or Tucker.

Indiana’s season was just ruined. Perhaps they’re sellers now?

trade for Tyreke. He's shooting well right now but he has been struggling. May work better with us and takes some ease off of Harden.

A wise suggestion. Tyreke at 12.3 M (UFA) could be a insurance for Chris Paul and even Gordon, unless the latter is traded to Indiana. If Rivers explodes with great scoring and defense, there wouldn't be a need for him, but I doubt if that would happen.

I would consider him for Knight and a 1st rounder despite his UFA status, but I doubt if Indiana would bite. I like him, but I don't want to give up Gordon for him.

I'd give up Gordon also if they included Thad Young. Gordon, Knight for Young and Evans, with some filler thrown around in there.

I have always liked Thad. I might be overestimating his impact, but the Pacers might ask for a 1st rounder for him.

    @BimaThug

Please let me know if this can work. House plus a protected 1st rounder or preferably two 2nd rounders for Isaiah Hicks. I really like Hicks potential as a future PF. Opinions from all who have seen Hicks play are welcome.
