I'd have put Fedorowicz at 1B, Yuli at 3B, Bregman at SS, and Marwin at LF, all to keep Jake out since Reddick and Correa need rest. We really need to send him back to AAA where he belongs. Sick and tired of all those automatic outs. Give other guys (like Davis, White, Reed, Ferguson, Straw, etc.) a chance!
The Astros don't need anything badly right now. They are in great shape, hardest part of the schedule all season is done and over with and they still have the best run differential in the league.
Fedorowicz has played 4 more innings at first base in the major leagues than I have. He has played less than 100 innings at first in the minors. Why oh why would you put him at first? His lifetime major league average is .195 and a .243 OBP.
You would think a multi billion dollar industry would be able to figure out how to be prepared for inclement weather.
Defense and Speed on the Bases He's a better career hitter than currently, plus he's coming off his best season. He's loved in the clubhouse. Hopefully he plays better to more easily justify his presence.
