At least he got out of that inning. Hope it's just a "one of those games" type of thing and not something physical.

Pretty sure if they had pitch tracker that would have shown to be a ball.

Yeah, he gave Charlie a couple of very borderline calls but nothing like that.

Stupid Cascabeles and their gloves prevented a 3 run inning.

That hotdog was ludicrous. I couldn't hear what she was saying which is probably for the best.

Marwin's good contact last AB could bode well before game's end..

Morton has bounced back well. Offense is about to push through

Lowest Starter ERA thru 34 games (since 1973)

    1981 Dodgers 2.09
    1981 Astros 2.17
    2013 Cardinals 2.20
    2016 Cubs 2.26
    2012 Nationals 2.31
    2018 Astros 2.34

    All made playoffs

Will be interesting seeing how this stat plays out through the season. If the Astros do better, the year-criteria might change. If they do worse, we'll stop seeing the stat. Hoping for the former.

Eh, it barely cleared the fence on the second deck.

They've been hitting the ball hard, nice to see them get something on the board.

Springer just passed Morgan Ensberg on the all time Astros HR list (106)

First pitch of Altuve's AB was normally something he would have swung at and hit hard. Not sure why he sat on it

Nice stat. Appears Alou and Springer have the highest HR/game - followed by Jeffrey Robert, Top 4 First Baseman All-Time.

Goldy is one of those guys where it's totally okay to walk every at bat.

It sure would be a nice time for Gattis to finally contribute something.
