<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/qxgbdYaR_KQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Didn't see a thread so lock if already posted, but I think this looks terrific. Hopefully it's up there with the quality of The Jinx on HBO.
That looks amazing! My wife and I love documentaries like this about investigations. So interesting. It has me sold. I think Netflix is doing some amazing things lately from all spectrums.
Off topic, but I caught that Dear Zachary doc on Netflix the other day and it was pretty stirring for a true crime story.
This is something I would not have even considered watching. Because of this thread (and the fact I don't go back to work until Jan 4th), I will give it a try.
I'm not even sure I feel that way. I think everything was filmed from the perspective of the defense, so it gives a little more weight to reasonable doubt if you scrutinize rules of evidence and protocol. As sympathetic as the second protagonist is I don't know what else a jury does with that information and their testimony on the stand.
That may be true, but if I am a juror, when I hear Andy Coulburn call dispatch and clearly identify the vehicle by its license plate 2 days before its "found" in the junkyard, that gives me reasonable doubt.
Just finished and I still don't know which side to believe. Overall I thought it was a really good show.
That's the thing though, you don't have to believe one side. You just have to ask yourself if you have any reasonable doubt about if he did it. Judging by your response, if you don't know which side to believe, then you have "reasonable doubt" and he should be found innocent.
