Looks like Foster got the raise from VT I was expecting. But now this - http://flightaware.com/live/flight/EJA330/history/20141211/1930Z/KCLL/KROA. Aggy masturbatory material.
Auburn finally seals the deal with Will Muschamp. Malzahn and Muschamp is a downright lethal combination. One of the best offensive minds and one of the best defensive minds in all of college football.
Chizik/Malzahn was also lethal on paper. Auburn is going to be really, really good for a long, long time with Muschamp there. He recruits too. SEC West keeps getting tougher. Bud Foster gets that $800,000 tenure bonus in 2 weeks and hasn't signed an extension with VT yet. All seems quiet on the TAMU front. Maybe Foster really is headed to the SEC in January.

Now I can't be certain, but it seems to me that Pelini was a little bit less than thrilled with how a lot of things went during his time in Lincoln.

I think between the $8 million severance package and seeing an ex-coach appointed as his next school's President I'm a little disoriented.
Welcome to the Texas football coach search of 2014. We got raises for a good number of coaches whose schools felt threatened.

Pat Narduzzi has agreed to become Pittsburgh's next head coach. Narduzzi was def. coordinator at Michigan St. for 8 years. Does that make it as tough as you were telling us it was earlier this year, before the bottom fell out?
This choice surprised me a little bit. Perhaps I'm underestimated Pitt's potential as a program, but I always figured Narduzzi would leave for a job even bigger than this one. Then again, can't blame him for striking while the iron is still hot. It is an ACC job after all, and if nothing else, Paul Chryst laid out a blueprint for him to have a couple of solid seasons at Pitt before jumping into the Big Ten.
Not sure what you mean? SEC west still looks tough to me. Favored by 29 points over the opposing teams in upcoming bowl games. Did you want 4 of the 4 playoff teams to be from the SEC-W or something?
I feel like the SEC West has represented itself pretty well across the board. It was definitely a bit cannibalistic, but the top 4-5 teams are still good enough to beat just about anybody in the country.
49ers expect Harbaugh will go to Michigan. http://collegefootballtalk.nbcsport...ct-jim-harbaugh-to-take-michigan-job/related/
