Lets be honest, even the biggest OKC/Westbrook hater didn't see this sort of start coming. Do we really want to potentially face them in the 1st round though?
They are a lot like that Lawson-Dwight team. It's just not there. My guess, it won't ever be there. I'm not scared of this team anymore. I'm more scared of them trading Paul George to a team that will utilize him properly. If he's traded (and if you presti, it has to happen.) then it will be to a playoff team or maybe they can get the Clippers and Lakers in a bidding war.
not really, their style of play may cause to have injuries, it's a slow ass grind with a lot of contact.
They either rebound and become a decent team, or they continue to play like trash and end up like the Lakers when they had Kobe/Nash/Dwight.
I think the Giannis hype has gone down after all the Kyrie bullshit. I'd actually rather the Jazz suck terribly so they have more of an incentive to buyout Joe Johnson.
ESPN headline: Westbrook would log in his 7th triple double if only one of his teammates could make a shot.
So, when OKC loses, they take a really long time to upload post game comments and it's annoying.. I want to see fresh contempt emanating from Westbrook's pores in HD.
Absolutely not. There's still a chance they find a way to play better by the time the playoffs start, in fact i would love to have them play the Warriors just to tire them as much as possible. And yeah, i know i already said this other times but damn it sucks so many supposed good teams (Grizzlies, Clippers and maybe Jazz) are sucking, cause otherwise it would've been hard for OKC to make the playoffs in the first place.
Yeah you're right about that, and it's actually funny how they suddenly dropped Giannis as soon as Irving had a couple of good games...but i still root for Utah here just because i want a single team putting some pressure on OKC for the 8th seed.
Pelicans are wasting Davis with trash point guards like Rondo and Holiday. He should demand a trade soon.
