really depends what youre looking at. if youre talking about individually, yeah he may not be as talented offensively as these other "top 5" centers but as far as his impact on actually winning. it's just as comparable if not better and thats what im more concerned about. that's the type of center I want on my squad. Bc alot of these other so called top centers arent exactly leading their teams to wins so the numbers dont exactly mean much imo. And he comes without drama or baggage and absolutely selfless

That is a weak point imo. Not every top center, in fact - NO top center has the luxury of playing with CP3 AND Harden (not even close to that) . He is playing his ROLE really well, but when has a ROLEplayer ever been a top 5 player in his position? When im making a Top 5 list i think of the player as an individual - and individually Capela can't do anything on offense - that's just fact. Whenever he does something by himself it almost never works.

So yes, the offense with his athleticism and Harden's lobs and Pick n Roll works really really good, but what does Capela really have to offer without a Superstar PG? That's my point.

Again: Good fit - not top 5 and not close

not weak at all imo. if you're truly of that talent then you dont need to depend on a guard like a cp3 or harden etc to impact those wins. you can't be considered some "top 5" center yet continue to lose. that just doesn't make sense to me. the top players in the league just find ways to actually win.

So yeah like i said you can make your list individually but thats not what is important to me. Im looking for guys that actually translate their play to wins. Talent individually doesnt always mean better.

As CP3 stated in his video documentary, the clippers really do have a culture problem.

    They always have
Which is why they need to ONCE AGAIN rely on their Culture buster
and FIRE DOC and HIRE SAM CASSELL

People don't seem to remember how HORRIBLE that team was until Sam got there
SAM AND CAT were the catalyst for the franchise to turn around

    http://www.nba.com/clippers/looking-back-sam-cassell-trade/

I remember reading the story about how Sam lead the Clippers
In practice . . . They were running etc etc etc
And then the coach call for a break . . .
Everyone ran to the bench for water and chat
EXCEPT SAM AND CAT . . . they practiced their free throws.
Next breaks. . . several more joined them
until at break time .. . EVERYONE was out practicing Free Throws with CAT AND SAM

    The Clippers *NEED* that
Sam Cassell will be a great coach in this league IMO

    Asked, demanded, requested...

and one report, (maybe true, maybe false) he no longer wanted to play with Harden.
