I sure would love to see some great players go to the Eastern conference from the West instead of having almost every star come to the western conference.

I take it Mike Miller is who Nuggets4 has been talking about as well? When he said he heard about the Denver FO saying they were going hunting for a particular player, Mike Miller is the first person who came to mind.

Denver needs a shooter, MM would make them much more scary.

Damn it is so tough to be content standing pat when teams are making/trying to make these major moves.

We can't get Bibby now and what are the chances of getting Miller?

With the amount of shots the Nuggets get, Mike Miller would be devastating. Pure shooter. Ron Artest could be scary paired up with Melo. Big, strong, athletic, Melo is too good and Ron can get hot sometimes. Plus it's not like another headcase like Ron will hurt Denver's image.

    GO ROCKETS!

Nope, Rockets are 9th, GS 7th, Denver 8th. 3 way tie break.

3 way tie break is different to a 2 way tie break. NBA.com has the Rockets ranked 9th.

    He's not.

BTW, hearing deal for back-up PG could go down in the next day or so. Nothing big, but it'll add a nice rotation piece to the team.

denver getting either miller or artest would really make them dangerous. i don't know if they'd be better then us but it'd really amp the pressure up.

they already can score dude. the reason denver is not a true contender is b/c they dont play a lick of defense on the perimeter. iverson and melo are TERRIBLE even when they try.

artest would lock down good perimeter scorers. camby protect the paint. melo and iverson can handle the scoring.

so if they do get artest, i might put them above us a lil bit.

idk, i think if we have the team we have now any other year, we're a shoo-in for the 2nd round at least. but the freakin' west is just so competitive right now. it's like the ancient times where the best teams are just monopolizing the good players.

    hopefully morey can do something.

I wonder if Melo's current teammates would feel he lack confidence in them due to his talk of trades.

I mean, he may be right that they need help, but I don't know if this is the kind of stuff you speak of openly when you are a player.

The Rockets reportedly had a deal in place to get Kleiza for John Lucas III at the trade deadline last year. It's a shame that didn't go through.
