I call this indirect democracy. Fans' voice be heard. Not too late to save the season. Although there are more problems beyond coaching, the guy could have been the glue to enforce cohesion and discipline.
Yes might as well start with a clean slate I like JB but players weren't buying into his D either lately, HES part of the problem also, don't wait and see if that will change with a new head coach, get him out also
Bicker is there only to bicker about the defence. But whatever, except in the next two - three games all the team to come guns blazing after this shock.
This move had to be made. Hate to see someone lose their job but McHale will get paid regardless. Time to move on.
