    OK. Let’s be clear:

The Pelicans and the LEAGUE DO NOT WANT THE ROCKETS’ Trash.

No one wants Chriss or Brandon Knight.

    No one wants House.

    They don’t want a 34 year old CP3.

The Pelicans DO NOT WANT Eric Gordon. They had Gordon and he was hurt or disinterested while he was there.

PJ Tucker is too old for their rebuild.

The Picks the Rockets can offer are WAY Outside the lottery...which makes them lack much of the value of 1st round picks.

Now with that said, the Pelicans are not trading AD for ANYTHING the Rockets have. They are looking for Young players with Potential....with a combination of draft picks. Lakers wont have high lottery picks, but they do have YOUNG potentially star players such as Ball, Kuzma, and Ingram. Add a couple of 1st round picks....Rockets can’t touched that. Boston in the Summer can match the Lakers for pieces.

Just forget about AD and stop posting trades with Chriss, Knight, House, Gordon, and Tucker to the Pelicans.

Hell, Sixers are not trading Butler (3 way trade for Davis...Butler to the Rockets is also fantasy).

After he got James Harden for Kevin Martin and the 12 pick in the draft, I decided to never count Dork Elvis out.

"OKC got Paul George for Oladipo and Sabonis???? WTF?"
"Morey got Chris Paul using HOW many non-guaranteed contracts?"
"Ainge traded for Kyrie using only Isaiah Thomas and Crowder???"

Things happen. Possibilities, no matter how remote, are there until they aren't (e.g. AD gets traded to another team).

Imagine calling House "trash" and Lonzo Ball a "YOUNG potential star" in the same post

BK and MC for AD. That's 4 letters for 2. New Orleans would be wise to take that deal.

1 they do want cp3, its only your fantasy hes unwanted, cp3 is still an elite player and his game isnt predicated on athleticism

2 all the picks and young players pelicans can get now for ad can only dream of coming close to being kind a player cp3 is NOW so its absurd to trade for anyone else

3 particularly there is no chance in hell, even if they get 5 FRPS( and noone will give anything not even close to that ), these picks will never ever convert to 3 allstars, that pelicans can get right now in this moment if they trade ad for capela and cp3

    cp3 capela and 4 picks
    its a dream offer

you get a team with 3 allstars plus 4 picks
it just cant get better than that
    do it morey!

Many of these trades would be rejected by Silver for "basketball reasons"...

    You’re so smart.

Yet Morey is going to try anyway. And per Woj, Butler can be had by - oh, oh HOUSTON.

But neither Morey or Woj are probably as smart as you.

You need to put down the pipe.

They do not want CP3, who previously forced a trade from there. They are rebuilding. 34 year old player is not a rebuilding piece.

What about Jeremy Lamb and Steven Adams for Anthony Davis?

You would be surprised how 3 or 4 firsts round picks can help you move up in the draft.

Pels could use own 1st (lets say 14th pick in the draft) plus Houston 1st (for sake of argument 22nd in the draft)
plus future picks to move from 14th to say 2nd pick in the draft and get Zion or Barrett or another top notch player.

Draft picks are like cigarettes in prison......gold.

    So I’m told.

Every day there is a thread that kills the dream.

answer is that we wake up from dreams but we don't wake up from reality. ... How can we tell that the waking experience is not a dream?
