This just proves that LiAngelo and LaMelo are far off from being actual NBA players. I don't see Angelo ever making it. He's not good. Melo is still young and is more talented so he has a better chance, but he will never make it if he can't prove that he can play within a team and have much better shot selection. Melo might make it in And1 but no pro coach would ever sign him with his current playstyle. He can thank his father for ruining his chances at the NBA.

He aint a normal teenager, his dad made sure of that.

That is some spectacle they make of a pro debut in a small, small town in Eastern Europe.

    Did you not know?
Aight, that one was a bit harsh. Nothing serious

This is a complete joke. It reinforces my earlier thought Lavar realizes Lonzo will be the only NBA player in the family and is doing all he can to milk both Melo and Gelo while people are still watching.

If Melo were a solid NBA prospect, no way Lavar would have (1) blown his college eligibility and (2) taken them on this ridiculous circus overseas. The focus would be developing Melo's game.

Melo and Gelo played their 2nd pro game today. I don't have their stats handy, but they scored bunch of points (Gelo 20 I think and LaMelo 10 something). Watching them on offense...as soon as they get the ball, they look to score. LaMelo tried to get fancy with his handling and knocked himself on his butt and lost the ball. On defense...oh my. Harden 3 years ago wasn't as bad as LaMelo, with Gelo being only slightly better.

They lost 116-93, game was over before 4th quarter begun.

All in all, they are showing some promise on offense, especially Gelo by being very aggressive. On defense they are a joke.

European teams that don't play euroleague have a lot of time to kill, which they use for training at least once a day, sometimes even twice a day, and they don't lift as many weights as NBA players. Since european players are not as fast or jump as high as their NBA counterparts, they focus much more on skill development. So if both Melos' approach to training is serious, it would actually benefit them.

LaVar Ball to serve as assistant coach

LaVar Ball will serve as an assistant coach for LiAngelo and LaMelo's team, Vytautas, on Tuesday night in a Big Baller Challenge contest in Lithuania.

Vytautas will play against BC Dzukija in the Big Baller Challenge - a five-game series of "friendly" games which do not count in the standings. The series was put together by the team in order to get LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball playing time against other teenagers.

"He will be an assistant coach on game protocol, but will drive the team through the game and make many of the decisions," a team spokesman told ESPN. "The style the team is going to play is going to be LaVar's choice."

Vytautas is 3-0 in the Big Baller Challenge thus far. LiAngelo Ball is averaging 23.3 points in the three games while LaMelo is averaging 18.3 points and 7.3 assists.

Vytautas plays in two different leagues: The Lithuanian league, which counts in the standings; and the Big Baller Brand, which was set up for LiAngelo and LaMelo. The team is 4-16 and in last place in the Lithuanian league - which features increased competition and older players than the Big Baller Challenge.

The brothers played sparingly in their Lithuanian League debut, a loss to Lietkabelis on Jan. 13, and went scoreless in a combined 14 minutes. However, they played a combined 43 minutes due to a 116-93 blowout loss on Sunday to P. Zvaigzdes. LiAngelo finished with 20 points while LaMelo had 13.

Man! Our high school gym had more seating! And is it just me or does LaMelo have no jumping ability?

Agree on this one. It was really entertaining watching that team in the 3rd quarter last game, against Euroleague caliber opp. LaMelo actually has a legit shot for NBA, but he has to go to college.

Shouldn't a 'highlight' video kind of remove an entire minute of making LaMelo look like nothing but trash?

I'm confident that he'll never sniff a meaningful minute of NBA court time.

I would say he will never make the NBA, but I know there's some idiot in some position that doesn't deserve to be there, who will put him on their roster for publicity.

Got to work on his Dunks though. They look as if he was 5'10 with little hops and being soft.
