Absolutely. His last two years with the Bucks before he "retired", he had already begun to decline. Scary thought. Still, we could use him for 15 minutes a game.
He didn't decline. He lost almost a whole season because he fought with some Albanians in a nightclub and broke his hand and the next season he decided to "retire" around Christmas. Not so much declining as contract year perfomance. Got his $ and then pretty much quit trying.
