    Yep lol, they could've still make an upgrade with Ryan by trading a couple of scrubs and they got nothing...can't wait to see if they even make the playoffs, they probably will, but if they won't i'm going to laugh so hard...

    Cousins will most likely be the next star that's available...I'm not a fan of his, but u can't deny his talent...I also don't think it would cost that much to get him

    I think people should keep an eye on Carmelo coming here next summer via buyout if Russ and PG end up leaving OKC

    wouldn't surprise me if next year's roster is

    Ryno was literally a perfect fit for Portland. They would have been WAY better, and Carmelo would have made them worse. Huge mistake, and that's why you don't leak deals to the players.

    Melo would have to opt out of his deal to leave OKC. They wouldn't buy him out. I don't see how Melo ends up here.
    I never liked Boogie. New Orleans will be flooded with offers for him though.

    I said he could seek a buyout IF Russ and PG left OKC, well Russ has now signed his extension...I see no reason why OKC wouldn't buy him out if both of them had left

    New Orleans will be flooded for offers for Boogie who is about to become a free agent next summer?

    If melo opted in with no intention to play there and just to grab money I think OKC may be pissed enough to just keep him. I mean it really would be a douch move.

    How is that a douche move? It's a business decision. OKC isn't keeping an unhappy Melo and paying him 28 mil just like NY wasn't going to. If Melo gave 7 or 8 mil back on a buyout, then OKC isn't turning that down. It doesn't matter anyways because my post was made before Russ had signed his extension and the scenario involved both Russ and PG leaving OKC which would give OKC no reason to keep Melo and Melo no reason to stay there.

    Opt-in for a contract you have 0 intention to fulfill but demand to be paid is not douche move? OKC isn't gonna try to win if The other 2 stars decided to leave. They can just keep him around and get 28 mils off the book the season after. They don't need to "save" that 5-8M (in reality it's paying 20+M for nothing).

    At very least he will be a 28M expiring contract, which can get you many things, especially when cap space became hot commodity now
