Is this even worth a thread?

    LeBron vs Headcase? PFFFFFF

    PASS on Boogie
Would consider an aging LBJ, but not at max

Game wise, Yes, in a heartbeat! Temperament and mentality, I don't know. He seems mentally fragile.

The hell are you talking about "hed be down"?

A notoriously hardheaded and self absorbed player (who could kick anyones ass who challenged him) will not suddenly be "down" to become a spot up shooter.

On this team, we wouldn’t need Lebron to do what the Lakers needed their 35+ year old Kobe to do.

We already have arguably the best scorer on the planet on this team. I’m team Bron on this.

cousins dont play any defense, just watch them this year... he may dominate offensively but his defense is terrible, worse than Tarik Black

    Fit???
You make your team fit around Lebron, not Lebron fit around your team. What the heck.

I think Tillman’s ego is big enough that he would have no problem paying the tax for Lebron James and Chris Paul. Even with those guys being in there late 30s when the contracts would end. Plus Lebron if he comes is going to be signing 2 year deals tips anyways, that’s just the way he does it.

Lebron would prob like Tillman now that I think about.

Now after those guys retire and harden is on his last legs as an aging star that’s probably playing for personal franchise records at that point. assuming of course we win 2 or more championships in that Lebron window.

Then I think Harden and Tillman will be okay with going the dirk or Kobe route spend the cap money or close to it try and field a competitive team for Hardens last few years and let him avg his 25/5/5 and boost his Hall of fame career, all while Tillman makes his money back.

I think the fans would be okay with this as long as we won a few rings. I know personally I would. I want harden to win rings and retire a rocket as the alltime franchise leader in everything.

Now if James is still one of the top 10
Players in the game when he’s 33 Tillman might have to break the bank again and let harden try and win some more rings.

I do think Tillman is willing to spend while harden is here. He loves the stars and the spotlight and harden gives him both.

And let’s be honest this is a guy who owns Landry’s and 4 casinos outright. Hes not really hurting for money. The rockets cost him the most and prob make him the least.

This franchise is personal for him and his family. His youngest son really loves basketball and wants to run things one day.

Well the thing Is, if we were to get LeBron the question would be "Are the Rockets a good fit for LeBron?" Not vice versa. Which is exactly why I don't want him here. It will be all about getting LeBron's 4th not the Rockets' third. I think Boogie with CP3 and Harden has a decent chance against GSW while still feeling like a legitimate Rockets victory.

Give me LeBron, Paul George, Aaron Gordon, Stanley Johnson. One of these players to improve 4 spot, in that order.

No to Boogie, bona fide chemistry killer and winner of squat.

Yea he's talented but i've witnessed him throw away so many games because he can't keep his emotions in check. Everytime he plays the warriors Draymond gets in his head and he starts playing like ass by the 4th.

You crazy, Lebron can play with anyone and can do anything. Dmarcus on the other hand, causes cancer to multiply people and organization.

Yeah but stars like Lebron wait until the last minute of the deadline to make a decision. If you remember last last summer the Rox wasted almost all the deadline waiting for Horford and by the time he rejected the Rox the deadline was almost over. Clint is due to make his first big pay day, anybody in his position would want to cover his ass with somebody then wait for all the chips to fall and posibbly end up with half the amount he could have gotten from another team.
