Is Adam Silver and the NBA trying to destroy James Hardens career?

    I know you see the title and think omg, RocketsTruth is panicking again. But i went back and looked at the 4 games we have played this year and despite Harden winning potw. Did you know Harden is averaging about 6.7 attempts to the free-throw line the lowest since 2012 in okc. Guys like Giannis, Davis,Blake, and Curry to name a few, etc are averaging way more.

    James Harden does not have a 30 point game this year which is strange. Harden is attacking the paint, getting fouled and the refs are holding their tongue( which is leading to turnovers and or missed shots which affect his fg%). True this has happened before in the past, but it has been taken to another level this year I dunno why.this is happening

    Also is it me or if you watch the nba league pass, the basketball that the players are using seems a bit inflated, either that or the rims and nets are different than even last year. The ball is slipping more out of hardens and other elite players hand than i can remmeber. Honestly if was a defender on an opposing team i would just pressure him full court

    It seems to me like Bob Myers got into Adam Silvers ear and informed him that Harden has more career points than Curry, and that rules needed to be made to curtail Harden ability to score. If you notice the warriors whole orginization whines about everything

    i also remember before the "harden rules" people in the media were upset that harden signed a bigger contract than curry

    You can thank the implementation of something literally called "The Harden Rule" for refs now overcompensating how James Harden is refereed.

    Will be this way for at least a month or two before this changes back to normal.

    Harden is def not getting the same ft attempts as years passed and it does seem at certain moments, not all that the refs are swallowing their whistle.

    But he also doesn't seem to be initiating contact like in years passed.

    But everything else you said is crazy talk lol.

    Yes yes and Elvis is still alive. He's rooting against Harden too.
    I think refs are just being too cautious with Harden since the Harden rule was introduced.
