I'm curious to see what Anderson looks like the next two weeks. Hopefully he has a revival playing with cp3

Do you know where to find the stats for Harden last year that you are describing?

It's OK to say no. I won't bite. I legitimately want to know if there is a site that provides the stats which this thread is about.

Another ungrateful Rockets fan....what a shock! Worst fans in the league. Harden is only averaging nearly 10 assists and 32 points per game. The one similarity CP3 has to those numbers is with the number 32 which is age.

I also expect Ricky Rubio to continue to average around 11 points and 5 assists on inefficient shooting while playing solid defense. He should be the highest paid player in the league tbh

Does 20 points and 15 assists actually produce more than 32.5 points and 10 assists  ...and that 15 apg is an NBA record, by a fairly big margin.

Don't forget, defenses will force Paul to beat them by taking away the 3pt shooters....that will likely prevent him from breaking the NBA record in apg.

Do you know the last player to average 15+ assists per game?

Sssssoooo . . .Harden is the reason Anderson's 3pt shooting fell off a cliff and teams are ISOing Anderson up
and basically the whole team's 3 pt shootng

Simple fix the 3 pt shot .. and you fix this team . . . . .The players on this team have miss a TON of open look 3s
and not all of them were from Harden passes . . . .. am I to beleive Ryno hits the shot because Paul passed it to Ego who passed it to him
    rather than
Harden passing it to ego passing it him . . . . .because Paul started it ????

Plus how many minutes a game are we willing to grind CP3 for?
The 35+ that Harden was doing?

So you're saying a true point guard - and the greatest of this generation at that - is going to run the offense better than somebody who only just played the first season of his career at the point guard position?

Truly, truly remarkable stuff you're predicting here.

I expect Chris Paul to play like one of the best point guards in the NBA!

wait a minute. is a white egalitarian hoosiers offense one where ryan anderson who was born in sacramento shares the ball with himself?

was harden not sharing the ball enough? third in the league in assists.

we have to choose between CP3 and harden as to who should run the offense? no we dont. CP3 has to do it now until harden comes back, and then they share w/ harden taking the primary role w/ CP3 a close second.

whenthis team clicks everyone plays their role and its the combo that tends to throw the other team off balance, sometimes quite dramatically.

for those who want to compare/evaluate CP3 running the show vs harden from when the one or the other was out by win totals (harden now starting his hamstring healing), remember you can’t control for all variables and luc coming back will be a significant variable IMO.

Who gives a **** as long as we keep winning at the same clip....too many ppl are caught up into harden vs cp3. Those ppl are not rocket fans.
Is chris paul a better point guard than harden? Of course he is, thats his true position and james is a shooting guard. The T/Os will go down but our offense will be worse because Harden is a better offensive player than chris paul or any other player in the nba. Rocket fans especially shouldnt be taking this for granted.
We just lost the most complete and feared offensive force in the NBA. He played on an injured leg and 37 min a night. I dont know why but he gets no love from the nba( who gives a ****) but also no love from rocket fans??
Thank god we have cp3 to try and calm the storm until JH gets back, but trying to compare how our offense will look compared now with cp3 to how it looked last year is pure idiocy and pointless.

Good response, but idiocy is what you continually get from most of the posters on this forum. The league’s leading MVP candidate is the problem with our team......really!!!!!

    With Harden out . . . . . . . . . . . Are we as talented as the Clippers were last year?

With Chris out . . . . .. . .were we as talented as we were last year?
