Playing hard and with intensity was never Robinson's issue. It's the other things that kept him from succeeding.

Thomas Robinson is horrible. The only thing he has is athleticism and ability to hustle. As far as true basketball skill minimal
I wonder if he could play football. Better to be a marginal NBA player than a fringe NFL player though.
Yeah this was a bad day of trades for us. We got rid of PPat and Marcus Morris and got TRob; but I think we also got Francisco Garcia who gave us more street cred than anyone else. I think we were also clearing space for the upcoming summer of Dwight but that could have been done in various ways.
I used him the last 2 weeks in my fantasy league last year, and won the title. He was phenomenal in that last few averaging in the 50-60 point fantasy range. It was crazy.

Does he really need to succeed? The guy has already become a multi-millionaire just because of where he got drafted. He's already got the NBA money. He's made more than 99% of people on the planet will make in their entire lives!
