I'm not sure how Curry would fit in Houston, to be honest I don't want him as pg he suffers from the same "me-lo" disease as Westbrick, the only difference is he's a lights out shooter and Westbrick has a broken J. Having Iggy and Bogut to help with playmaking masked that but with Bogut gone and Iggy on a reduced role (and likely out of there) Curry's lack of solid playmaking got exposed. If he accepts being a specialized scoring threat like Gordon he'd fit really well but I doubt he allows that to happen.
I think they pretty much surrendered the title when they got rofflestomped by 30 pts by the Spurs. They haven't beaten any of the other contenders so far and even got beaten by the Rox. I SaS really has their number Gasol and LMA tear a hole in their front court and Kawhi can defend KD one-on-one.
Lol. Can't tell if it's sarcasm or not. If not I don't think an opening day loss is all that meaningful. SAS will be a tough matchup for anyone. If the Clippers get completely healthy and start clicking they're a tough matchup. The Grizzlies have always done decently against GSW - relatively speaking. And of course he Rockets should be able to score with them and push them. They'll be tested because why're simply not as versatile defensively or in the interior and they still haven't solidified how they play down the stretch in close games.
He'd play exactly the role. Primarily off-ball, secondary on ball. Just look for his jumper, whether it's the deep 3, spot up 3, or the little p***y floater. Just constant attack mode on offense with absolute free reign from deep.
Golden State and Curry just doesn't seen as scary as they were the past two years. I'm not afraid of them and I don't think top teams are this year either.
Curry is putting up the same #'s he put up 2 years ago when ESPN gave him the MVP over Harden. There was no way he was going to match last year's #. That was once in a once time #'s for ANY player. That's why he was the first player to get 100% vote for MVP. He did something that will never be done ever again, by him or any players. Harden is having the same kind of season this year. Next year, he's going to drop off too. It's just not possible to keep putting up the same type of # every year
He took 20 shots last year. This year he's taking only 17 shots and KD and Draymond have the ball most of the time.
Anyone notice Steve Nash with his 25 years old girlfriend????? Damn...Nash gotz it going on. Living every man's dream
That' is absolutely toxic and unacceptable behavior by green. Just stand there with your hands on your knees you big baby
Maybe they were supposed to run a play with Curry initiating, but Durant asked for the ball to take a bad ISO shot. If that's the case, I'd be mad too. Just guessing.
Even the way Curry gave the ball up was weird. Hmm trouble in paradise? Of course it's probably nothing but we love to speculate LOL
I disagree with that vehemently. Harden is a better player than Curry and I believe he's only going to put up better numbers next year with a year improved Capela and a year together with his core of shooters. I'd happily make a tipjar bet with you.
Morey knew this would happen. I think the Warriors made the same mistake our Rockets team did when we traded Horry and Cassell for Barkley.
Lol yep, that was definitely a "Whatever man, have your possession." kind of move. It's like Bron and Wade, one of them had to accept the role as Robin. The question is and has always been...can they? Curry has been the NBA darling, face of the NBA for the past 2 years. Compared to GOATS. Blah blah blah, and Durant has always been the go to guy...although he should be more used to it having played with Westbrook.
