Maybe we should create a thread like "Online Fan Articles" where we can stash all the YCN or Bleacher Report links.

Unless it is made a sticky, the thread will get buried and these threads will continue to be posted in new threads.

Harden is better than Melo ...... and the sky is blue.

    What's the next article?

Maybe "Lebron James is better than Josh Smith"?

Wasn't a bad article, gave good reasons with numbers to back it up. Just makes me more thankful that we we didn't trade for Melo 3 years ago and instead waited for the chance to snag Harden.

Melo isn't a good number one option. Look at how he played on the olympics squad. He wasn't the number one guy. He had to fit into the offense. When he did this, he becamse more efficient, and his scoring gifts were utilized better. As the best player on his team, he is pretty much forced to be the offense. Hence, the knocks against him.

You know, I never really thought about mello in that role. If he could check his ego and be the guy who receives the ball for scoring and is the 2nd option he would truly shine. I wouldn't be surprised if put in that roll he could avg 27 with his efficiency going near harden Lebron Durant level. This role would be ideal for mello maybe it happens after this year if he leaves NYC.

I think harden is a much better player and a true superstar number 1 option wing player. I really think this year harden will be compared with the likes of Durant and Lebron their the only two guys who score more with better true shooting in the league. Part of the reason I think this is because A) hardens really really good and a total franchise changer for any team and B) with the addition of Dwight Howard the rockets are a hot commodity int the NBA right now with one less national TV game then the defending champs. Plus we should be really really good.

I think Dwight getting in this second superstar number 2 option will make his better also. I breaks believe that we're about to see the best Dwight he's ever been in his whole career. He never player with a true superstar wing. I love Kobe he's a goat but the Kobe Dwight got wasn't the same Kobe of old. Dwight gonna flourish playing with the offensive juggernaut that is James harden who happens to be extremely unselfish with the ball.

I agree that Harden is better but I would much rather have Melo talking the big shots in close games. He seems to be genuinely looking to hit the shot while Harden seems to be looking to get a cheap foul so he can get to the line.
