Dwight doesn't want to play with Harden, prefers Orlando-style team or superstar PG?

    I know it's been posted in the other Broussard thread, but thought this was weird and notable if true:

    When asked why Broussard thinks Dallas would be better for Dwight than Houston, Broussard said:

    So, if it really comes down to "It's me or the superstar SG" with Dwight, do you try to trade Harden for a superstar PG or even a bunch of '09 Orlando pieces?

    Harden > Howard due to health and attitude.

    I think everyone knows Harden is a willing passer.

    This just sounds absurd. Harden and Lin are both willing passers, obviously. But I think even Dwight would know that.

    Bring back Patrick Patterson as point guard for the win! Just kidding.

    My guess is the Howard was reminicing about how good he really had it in Orlando and wish he could take it all back. Furthermore, playing with Kobe left a bad taste in his mouth. To me this tells me that if he leave LAL that it is more than MDA and it is about Kobe too. So we need to convince him that JH is no KB and that we have Orlando 2.0.

    sounds like something multiple sources made up to prove his point that dallas is a front runner. all of our guards could learn playing off the ball better by having some post presence. then again, dwight isn't quite hakeem with dreamy post moves.

    It was born out of the personnel. It's what worked with the specific roster they had last year-- and it did work as HOU had a high offensive efficiency. You don't exactly want to post up Omer Asik a bunch of times and the coaches didnt have time to perfect the chemistry needed for a San Antonio-style precision passing offense or a Princeton offense.

    Also, how different is it from what SVG ran in Orlando with their Spread 4 attack?

    The idea that Dwight prefers Shane Larkin to James Harden is so horrendously stupid that it can only be had when you combine Broussard and Dallas.

    Excluding Broussard: has anyone really touted Dallas as a frontrunner for Dwight? I get that they are in the picture but I was under the impression with previous reports that they were a distant third.
