I remember the night Dwight agreed to become a rocket those Ass Hats in Utah basically personally cleared all of Golden States cap space almost ensuring they would Land D12 instead of us I was literally livid at my work desk everytime I heard about them accepting another GS player:mad::mad::mad:

we need to issue a STATEMENT AZZ WHOOPING to those jerks ......in fact just add them to the list of STATEMENT AZZ WHOOPINGS we will be issuing out ( Lakers , Macericks , Utah , Golden State , Etc )

They're tanking. That's what they want. I won't even be able to take any enjoyment from it.

But... that's what Utah wants this year. Utah losing = Utah winning. :(

It actually made sense for Utah to make that trade.

Well, they pretty much waste cap space on old and garbage players. That's the punishment they get for trying to screw us.

Actually Utah will be much better than people expect. The simple reason is that Utah and Denver enjoy the best home court advantage in basketball. Altitude. I have them down for 42-42 next season, winning 33 home games. The physiological adaptations to playing at altitude cannot be overestimated. While in the past I have despised the franchise, every season is a new season. Next season they will just be away games that need to be won. They are in that way like every other NBA franchise to me, a Rockets fan.

this is a stretch. teams have to spend 90% of the cap each year. the jazz are tanking and had almost no salary on the books. they needed salary, and took on ending contracts to:

    1) meet the 90% cap
    2) load up on future picks to aide in the tanking

makes total sense on their part and has nothing to do with the rockets. i'm absolutely sure that the jazz weren't sitting around thinking, "lets screw the rockets out of dwight even at our own expense!"

Taking expirings to get over minimum cap AND getting TWO firsts was a great move for them.

    That 2017 will have value

The space was for iggy, they still couldn't of outright signed him they would have needed a SnT. Anyways Howard said he knew he was signing with us when he woke up, all the reports that said Howard told GS that if they cleared space were he'd sign were BS.
