toughest back to back in NBA...late game against GS and then straight to Denver. So they say..

this Rockets Team is cookin' with butane and are going to flatten a lot of clubs this year. Nobody called this....except Daryl Morey and Mikey D ?

Eric Gordon is the true key to what has happened, a real 3 stroking machine that can also create as the major point option on the floor when needed. Add in his very screwed down way of playing 15 lbs. heavier then his true weight and what we have here is a major upgrade, 6th MOTY candidate easily and a hell of a competitor. Just loving this signing..all praise to DM !

If we find a way to trade for godknowswho to stack even more in the middle everybody watch the hell out ! (DMo situation will play out by Tuesday thank goodness. Not even caring at this point as the salary cap implications are enormous and NBA players want to go where they can get that darn ring.)

Yep your right Sun and Nets are 1 and 2 right now. Good to know we can still improve in pace and in defensive efficiency

The difference is definitely noticeable from last year. You could see it in preseason and could tell that Harden was doing work in the offseason. He looked healthy, and several steps faster from even his mid-season form from last year.

I doubt Nene wants to be a Rocket. He wants a buy out and is probably considering retiring. This was his opportunity to show his worth and contribution to the team by going up against Nurkic.

Broadcasters said he was out because of injury concerns. Didn't sound too troubling, more like a "DNP - old & slow to heal"

You should do some research before posting lol.

Coach said before the game last night he would sit out because his knees were a little swollen, But that
    He'll be fine.

Nene will play when needed he's okay with that.

He could have came to a lot of teams and he chose us. He def wants to be here and he really likes coach dantoni

Liberian would really have problems being a Spurs fan. Every night someone say he would be putting up claims of locker room discord.

I've never seen a veteran big man go up twice in the same instances and get blocked twice in the same manner. No adjustments, no deciding to take a different approach angle like using the back board as a shield or getting the defender up the air first then throwing in a lay up later. And he took both games off... Warriors and Nuggets.

Great game. Three's rained and Rockets took care of the ball. Beverley was everywhere.

Thought Nene would play to help alleviate tired legs, but looks he's out of the rotation.

    Great road trip!!

I remember the times we used to struggle at Denver despite several days rest becaus eof the attitude

But this team went there on a back to back of a double overtime game against the best regular season NBA team and blew them out start to finish

That is truly a statement by the team that they ain't messing around

Everytime they showed Nene on the bench he was smiling and looked happy. Stop spreading false info.

I sat behind the bench and nene looked happy upbeat talking w Harrell and Clint, the overall energy of the whole team was amazing. the arena was as loud or louder for the rockets then for the nuggets, the red rowdies presence was awesome, chanting MVP after harden's doc spin move in the lane. everyone contributed, we hit hard and fast, everything went like clockwork. the unit with bev and Gordon had some nice D,combo of bev Harrell and the greyhound disrupted on defense literally every time down while Gordon drained long distance 3s. a beautiful game to watch. rockets fans in attendance donned their beards and were on their feet yelling most of the game unabashed. coming off that warriors win had everyone stoked
