He had one very good defensive sequence of 1v1 defense against Vic Oladipo.

 

This is what I like most about hartenstein... he shows flashes , and you can tell he's thinking . He's usually in the right position , he just doesn't always react quick enough or is strong enough to make a play .

For most guys like that , the game eventually slows down .

He already is good on his defensive rotations and sets good screens on offense . If he can add a more consistent finishing ability he is exactly what we need .... oh and getting stronger for boards would be nice too .

 

Since Butler is off the market, I think it might Nicolas Batum time.

 

just got back from the game and it was great to see our old selves in the first half at least. a couple of observations, ennis should not be a starter. mcw hits all his 3s in warm ups, jennings was doing a pregame workout and he's **** at 3s.

Haha, I don't love him either but there isn't much out there.

 

He's a 2018 Ryan Bowen. Haha

 

Nice to see us win. There isn't much out there, but Bazemore makes more sense than Batum.

 

Nice to see our stars show up and lead the team. That's what we have been missing. MVP harden, CP3, Capela, Tucker, and EG. We will only go as far as those guys take us.

So we can only knee jerk to complain and whine. I see.

 

I just looked at the schedule coming up.

We need to be 20-10 by 12/17 going into the wizards game.

If we do that, and it won’t be easy. I’ll say we’re back to being the 2nd best team out west again and a true threat to GS.

That’s the only way I see this team truely being Back on track.

 

Pretty funny that we can defend again but we stink offensively. Even tonight we should've been putting up 120+ with the way we played in the 1st half.

Wonder if the offense will ever come back. We've been historically good these past 2 seasons.

 

Awwww man that was a darn good win. Shooting was much better. Hopefully this win will fire the troops up.

 

This is the first game of this season that we played like last season Rockets.

 

This is suggestive that quite a few of our issues are due to lack of mental strength. Of course injuries and integrating new personnel is a big factor too.
