They're following my advice. Rest him vs Detroit, play him against the Pelicans, then rest him the remainder of the homestand.
an injury prone 32 year old shouldn't get to decide the seriousness of his injury and whether or not he should be rested.
I sure hope so. Chris needs to take at least the next game off, and as far as I'm concerned, the next 2-3 games after that. No one here (more or less) would think any less of him. He's proved over and over again what a warrior he is (warrior, not Worrier). Take no chances! (I have a 4K and love it, but am hoping for more content. Costco has a great selection at excellent prices and doubles the warranty. Bought 2 flatscreens from them. Good luck!)
I would rest him until the second to last game of the season so he can get some run in before the playoffs start.
It's called a hamstring because butchers used to cut it out of a pig and then use it to hang that same Utah Jazz fan on a meat hook.
No one care you get 60 win or 65 win. People remember who win the NBA Final only!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
In light of Raptor's loss tonight, Paul should sit out the entire home stand. Capela can play against Detroit and New Orleans, and then take all of next week off to nurse his left thumb. I couldn't care less if we drop one against the Pellies.
Just watched the TNT broadcast and CP3's body language and tone of voice after the hamstring aggravation looked bad. I think he is underplaying it and his competitiveness is keeping him from resting like he probably should be.
Well, let's hope he stretches good, rests well, and can make it through the playoffs without any injuries. He has missed one game for every 2 played this year. Played 54 games, missed 22 prior to today. But, on the bright side, he did have three stretches of 15 or more games without an injury, so hopefully the playoffs will be his 4th. 03/29/2018 Sore Left Hip 03/21/2018 Sore Hamstring 03/14/2018 Sore Left Knee 01/29/2018 Sore Groin 12/20/2017 Sore Left Leg 10/18/2017 Sore Left Knee
Or maybe just limit his minutes when he plays. We need to keep the chemistry going. We looked really good the last game he played when Harden was out. There was great court chemistry and flow.
