if you're lebron, why would you even consider leaving? unless he still gets a hard on for attention. we all love attention.

If we land Love without giving up Harden, Morey should try to convince Lebron to join Howard and Love by offering Harden in a sign and trade.

He picks up his player option, then we trade Lin and the 25th pick for LeBron and the 26th pick.

I think this is more likely to happen than LeBron going to Cleveland.

But what Miami team will he be leaving?

Bosh, Wade and Lebron can all choose free agency. Wade's knees are a substantial worry. Who knows what the supporting cast will be next year and how Miami will deal with the luxury tax issue? Several of the guys who contributed to the recent titles are getting old.

Not to say that Lebron should leave, or that if he does Cleveland would be on top of the list of destinations, but I can see different possibilities.

There's no way Lebron leaves to go back to Cleveland, at least not in the immediate future. That team isn't ready to win now and there's a huge risk of wasting a year on adjustments and roster changes. Maybe even 2 years. Lebron isn't wasting anymore years of his prime.

I'd target Bosh over Love as that would give us one hell of a defense, the biggest issue i have with all these star pfs, well except Bosh is none of them can defend the pick and roll for ****

I suppose Cleveland could do stuff like trade the #1 for Love, dump Bennett for something and make a pitch to Lebron to return for a James-Irving-Love trio. But I hope they don't do that. I think if they manage this rebuild right (lol), a team built around Wiggins and Irving could be something.

No idea. He's definitely not good at basketball.

    Maybe for his app?

Even if their number 1 picks pan out, that would be a sick roster.

    Embid
    Bennett
    Lebron
    ?
    Irving

If LeBron went back to Cleveland you think they'll at least make the playoffs?

I do think Lebron is getting sick of wade's regular season vacation. Why wouldn't he want to go to cleveland with a younger dwade (kyrie) and a potential game changing draft pick to lure Kevin Love or Aldridge.

If I were lebron I'd rather go back to cleveland.

Your answer lies in your question. He would have to go back to Cleveland. The owner and trashed him when he left. Right now he gets to live in sunny Florida year round and has a proven GM and coach who knows wtf he's doing. Lebron going back to Cleveland is a pipe dream. Harden makes All-NBA defensive team before Lebron goes back to play for the Cavs. Maybe Gilbert wasn't around anymore, MAYBE.
