It's an offense where all he needs to do is play D and hit 3s. And he can be a playmaker too.

Hell, we don't always have to have one of Harden or CP3 on the floor, if we have PG13. PG can be the guy on the floor, allowing both CP3 and Harden to rest.

I would argue that the OKC experiment didn't work out because Melo extremely underperformed and Westbrook was Westbrook. None of the team's lack of success was due to PG.

As uninspiring as it sounds, Batum seems realistic to me. Charlotte gets another pick and gets off their bad contract a year earlier (and saves a little in the meantime). He's a long wing that might buy-in and fit well in our switchy scheme and who knows, maybe playing with elite playmakers would up his shooting %s. His contract is so horrendous though and he really didn't affect winning much more than Anderson this past year, but he fits with our group age-wise and has some decent playoff experience. This has to be a last resort if we can't just shed Ryno for cap space, but I'd be intrigued by the fit.

Who cares? LeBron has a proven ability to step up in big games, and he has been getting better at doing that with age. George would be nice, but like other's have stated before, there's no realistic way to get him here.

I'd much rather have had the ball in LeBron's hands last night than watching our role players choke from the 3pt line.

agreed. Thats what I had in mind when I said Batum. I think it's an "all in" move you make because you know you'll already be in cap space hell for the forseeable future and your reasoning is that Batum is more useful than Ryno and you can't afford to have unuseful players.

he would be nice off the bench, but as a starter, we are in serious need of an upgrade

I love Ariza, but his 3 ball is inconsistent, and he’s not a threat to drive and actually finish at the rim or create for others

I want Ariza back tho, just not as a starter unless we got Bron at PF

You need a lethal 3 point shooter and a 3 and D guy like Tucker. Bring back the core and you have a 70 win team to dethrone the Worriers.

Both are the longest of long shots.

If LeBron wants to be a Rocket, PG13 can suq it and so can anyone else for that matter. LeBron and Harden would be Harden and CP3 times 100. We would absolutely destroy the Warriors...

This guy put up 5 points in their elimination game... you guys bash Harden for not putting up 50. George is not worth what we would have to pay him.
