While I agree most of the prequel's are banta fodder I'd love to see a stand alone movie of General Grievous the Jedi hunter.

I'll watch a new trilogy or any other starwars universe stuff, just keep making them good (or at least decent) moves.

The movie that NEEDS to be made is a Darth Vader stand-alone movie. There are lots of video games built around him as the main baddy with various new characters, the cartoon etc. It needs to be a movie.

Rogue One gave us a glimpse of what this movie could be.

Star Wars saga with a blank canvas. What a great opportunity. Exciting times.

Disagree. They gotta move away from Vader and flush out brand new ground.

I think they've already made their 4b back, easily. Soon after Lucasfilm sold, the Star Wars licensing machine blew up. There isn't a single type of item that doesn't have Star Wars on it.

$4B is a lot of . I'm sure it will be back between the 5 movies already and toys, but they are determined to milk it.

maybe not vader, but would like a movie where the main character is a sith. we need a new villain that's not based on any books or cartoons.

maybe a movie where the jedi order has turned corrupt and broken into separate clans where they all seek the iron throne. then have the main baddie kill them all. and in between, flood it with lots of teh secks and nudity.

Better get on it soon if that's what they want to do. I"m not seeing a Vader movie without James Earl Jones behind the voice.

Was thinking this same thing. For them to make this commitment to Rian Johnson, they must love what he did with Last Jedi.

Hey, as long as the films are good. (That is, not Jar-Jar-"Stepin Fetchit"-Binks-ish; not Semitic caricature money-maker-ish; not good-actors-made-bad-ish; not two-hour-video-game-ish). There are plenty of stories to mine or create.

Disney paid up a big chunk of mega-cha-CHING to get the rights to "Star Wars", you can bet they will do whatever they can to fill the coffers they depleted....and then some.

I’m actually sick of sith dominated (universe) story lines.

    Old Republic is best.

    Loved both KOTOR games.

Still mad at bioware for not making another.
