It's like a mini off season... we jettison guys for nothing but cap space... while waiting to see if some coveted free agent will take Les' money... ....lol
LMAO! This guy is not only scum but he's playing these last few days like a real pimp. Gotta admire him for squeezing and making every team dance for him these next 2 days.
^lol play a role. you definitely played a great role in dallas. "me and dirk can't play together..." GTFO
He'll play a significant role in Boston. Not sure about here or San Antonio but probably very little of a role in Cleveland when Love comes back.
I would hope MDA uses Bogut against Gobert, DeAndre Jordan, Gasol, and other bigs that are a threat in the post. Setting screens on offense and protecting the paint and rebounding is all the Rockets need. He won't demand the ball on offense to slow things down. Oh yeah, for those saying he is a locker room cancer, where's the proof? Warriors didn't seem to have a problem when he was there. I just think Mavs fans talking sh*t about Bogut was because he was hurt and the Mavs weren't winning. Morey wants Bogut, and it is up to Bogut to decide where to go. Despite what negative things some people have to say, he will be considered an upgrade.
I think Bogut would play a big role with the cavs, since they don't really have a real rim protector at center.
"Buy Outs in February" When the recruiting in July just isn't enough for fans. Are we going to get Hakeem and Drexler in the room with him with a picture of Bogut in a Rocket jersey holding up a trophy?
Actually, I think the recruiting should be Harden holding up an MVP trophy. Rockets: "We brought in Lou to assure the Rockets will win 6th man this year, now we need you to win as many regular season games as possible to secure the MVP"
I think Boston is the team which should be easily able to offer him a starter spot and solid minutes since they're playing with Amir Johnson as a starter.
Feigen: The Rockets are a longshot to sign Bogut, according to two individuals familiar with his decision-making though they can offer the largest salary from among the Cavaliers, Spurs and Celtics. The Rockets already have a full contingent of centers, limiting Bogut's potential role and there is uncertainty about how much time he would need to be up to speed for the post-season. The Rockets have interest in signing Bogut largely in case they need another full-sized big man in addition to Nene and Clint Capela, particularly in a potential first-round match up with the Memphis Grizzlies. They are looking at eight to 10 free agents for the final roster spot, considering players at several positions to weigh long-term potential between any immediate benefit as insurance in case of injury to a current rotation player.
