    Australia just beat South Korea.

Joe Ingles (Golden State Summer League 2009-10) was awesome, so was Cam Bairstow (Bulls)...I really like his game.

Baynes (Spurs) was also very good.

Exum (j*zz) showed some flashes when he got minutes in the 4th...great speed & passing.

Outback Shaq Jawai (Former Raptor from memory) threw down a few big dunks.

Newley & Anderson sucked as usual.

Well 11:30pm now, up at 5:25am for the USA Game.

I didn't realize there would be some early games today.

Cisco finished with 29pts 6rbs 5/7 3PM. I'm watching the replay now and it looks like he was the primary creator for the team (at SG) and given free range to play one-on-one. He also played very effective defense and even hustled back to prevent a fast break layup by blocking at the rim.

Also of note, our old buddy Scola did all he could to help ARG, but to no avail. He finished with 30pts 9rbs on 11/19 shooting and even nailed a trey!

This Croatian team is worth watching simply to get a look at Dario Saric and Bojan Bogdanovic

SRB- FRA is in a good match right now. Lots of NBA talent there: Batum, Diaw, Fournier, Gobert, Bogdan Bogdanovic, Raduljica, Teodosic, Nenad Kirstic

Really good game going on right now in between Serbia and France. Impressed with Teodosic and Jovic!

Raduljica leading Serbia with 19pts. Remember, he was stretched/waived by the Clippers. He'd make a solid bench big (especially if we trade DMo).

Controversial finish results in Diaw leading France to victory. Some questionable defensive assignments by the Serbs and a choke job by Bogdanovic.

Also Teodosic needs to be on an NBA squad!

Zoran Dragic is dominating Mexico right now. He has 13 of Slovenia's 20pts including 3 treys

Not surprising. Iran is REALLY nicely coached here. Brazil is starting to wake up here but they may catch a team sleeping here and beat them. They were going toe to toe with spain for a long while because they move the ball so well and execute plays well.

Saw him play, that guy is a backup PG on a mediocre team AT BEST.

It's a small thing, but the Australians actually have 5 current NBA players on their roster. Brock Motum is a Jazz...

As always, I will moan for the Aussies that it would have been nice to add Bogut and Mills to the squad. Hopefully they get close to the medals.

The one problem I have on this tournament is the scheduling. Teams are playing games back-to-back or back-to-back-to-back. It's ridiculous that they are playing 5 games in 6 days. There will be a lot of fatigued/tired players on the floor. I think next time they should spread it out like the NBA playoffs, say like 5 games in 9 days is more appropriate. Just have 1 day rest after each game or 48 hours in between games played.

It's basketball and teams are playing at one venue, ie no travel.

patience DrN.... really unlucky Mills got injured and Bogut track record of his body falling apart means he will be lucky to ever play for the boomers again, the good thing is this team is young, and maybe by 2016 Olympics Simmons and Maker will also be in the team
