Oh sorry I should have explained. It's just that training your no step vert is very easy compared to trying to train your max vert. Because jumping with a run up also uses the stretch reflex reaction of your muscles, which no one really knows how to train efficiently. If you hit the gym and follow a good lower body strength and power program for a few months, your standstill vertical leap will go through the roof.

Somebody is going to get a serviceable Center in the top of the 2nd round, Plumlee is huge, and the 27 year old James looks like a solid back-up.
