Then maybe we should go after Lance Stephenson and try and live up to the 2009 expectations

really think the suns are willing to let Bledsoe go!

Lots of sky is falling reactions here. We don't need to be that way until the sky actually falls.

Time to get brooks back. I'm sure we can get him for a fair deal. Plus, he wants to be here, unlike bosh.

Sky isn't falling but we do need to make some improvements to this team. As constituted we are not a title contender. We have lost Daniels, Lin, Asik, Garcia, and Parsons. We definitely have to make some additions to this roster if we want to get back to the finals any time soon.

Maybe it’s Houston’s turn to back out of a deal. See what else you can get for Asik, or keep him as the backup center. Who cares if he’s mad. A pissed off Asik is better than any other center we have at this point.

And T-Jones will be even better than last year. #brightside

The Rockets are most likely looking at trade opportunities instead of FAs. Two trade exceptions means they can take on bad contracts that are short, instead of needing to go extra years for Ariza or Deng. For example, they can trade for Jeff Green who expires in 2 years.

I would say just keep everyone's contract at 2 years or less. Parsons work too, since he'll certainly opt out short of a disastrous injury. Go for a guy who actually would like to be in Houston in Kevin Durant.

the pick is enough for Asik, keeping him and trying to deal him next year will not bring a protected 1-3 pick

He hasn't reached an agreement yet. They have two really great point guards on their roster in Dragic and Thomas. If they match Bledsoe then they will be paying big money for three point guards. There's no way they will pay all that money for 3 PG.
