I personally understand confidence. I know exactly what it is and how different players wear it, from Kobe, to Duncan to Leborn. All different WINNING personalities. Parsons on the othe rhand, this is only impressing his hollister buddies like yourself and no one else. you're only as good as the bread you bring home, and unless he can win this in 7 after an embarrassing start to the series, he needs to let his game do the talking. not empty promises and trash talk that try to mask the weaknesses in your game.

 

Meh, he's right. We ARE the better team, just have not played up to our usual standards in these playoffs.

you can make a case for a lucky shot here or there or a lucky win, but if we are beaten in a 7 game series, they are a better team

the lack of coordination in that last play has been our usual standard for defense and closing out games (sadly) - we need the make improvements

the alternative is to think we are better and simply lucky (rather than try to improve) and repeat this kind of play over and over and over again, like we have all season

I used to like him when he came from nowhere to play big for us. I felt he got caught up with a lot of stuff and stopped developing his game.

Now I just hope we trade him for a better two-way SF.

This team would be crazy to give him 8 figures a year like he'll be demanding. Exercise that 4th year option and include him in a package for that 3rd star if necessary, but do not invest that kind of money in a guy who can't make layups, disappears in the 2nd half of playoff games, doesn't play defense anymore, and runs his mouth like he's got a bunch of championship rings.
