So, what are we going to do with this Garcia guy? Some of those wide-open three point attempts weren't even close!

 

Well they did play their 4th game of the week tonight, after playing two games, one against last year's WC champs, and one against one of the most physical grind it out teams in the league.

 

"Unexplained knee injury" is not a good way to boost a player's trade value. His trade value is plummeting by the week. By February we'll be lucky if we get Iman Shumpert for him.

 

He is either refusing to play and his bickering has caused some tension and negative flow on effect in the team or his injury is very seriouse. Eitherway he is not going to be here for much longer.

 

He has got to go.

 

Games like this slowly add to my Harden faith. Game 3 last year was a huge debit for James though. Choke, on top of choke... on top of choke. He's still young and growing.

 

I think that's more a maturity/young team thing.

Players and teams take multiple years to find consistency. Usually it's win home games, then win road games, then get more consistent from game to game, then more consistent from quarter to quarter.

Considering we couldn't even win conference, road games or back to backs last year, I think the team and players are maturing very nicely.

 

And he'll b playing 40 plus in less then 24 hours again.

 

Weak? Not really...

Bench was under-used, that's true, but not so weak:

Casspi had the same production-per-36-minutes that Ryan Anderson had!

Brooks was very decent too.

D-Mo just played 3 minutes. Not much you can do in that...

So basically you meant Cisco, right?

 

Other young teams manage it, so I'm just not ready to make any excuses. Too much talent to do so, IMO.

Itr mentioned in another thread that T-Jones plays well when Lin starts because Lin demands the other team's defense. While defenders tends to sag off Bev. This leads to T-Jones having more freedom to do his things.

 

Yes no doubt. Team will need him against OKC (even without RW).

Why is it, that when JLin brings the ball up the floor he just passes off to Harden then goes walks off to the corner? Does he think he's Bev??

funny how the one time Morey relents to giving a player option, it turns out to be the player who most underperforms (Garcia)

 

He usually passes it to Parsons, not Harden. And only Brooks seems to go to the 3 point line, both Bev and Lin go to the corner for some reason. But they move off the ball--sometimes.

 

It was weak.... you just have to take a look at the stat sheet.
New Orleans bench always scored more than ours

If we had a good bench.... minutes would be better distributed.

 

I'm more worried that there's no bigs behind Dwight when he's on the bench. Smith is still out, Asik likely be gone, D-mo still inconsistent. It'd be nice to have a legit backup for center.

 

So we can beat everyone in our division except Dallas? I just mean this recent stretch of games
