The problem with biotech has always been "which biotech"? If you pick stocks and pick the wrong one, you'll get wrecked. If you pick an ETF, you have a better chance, but not if you're in the "get rich quick camp". I'd rather go for an ETF or one that is not tied to one or two drugs, but that's just me.

Yes I generally agree. The one I truly believe in Is ILMN. They are their own entity. Have a gigantic % of their market. As far as the other companies I don’t know besides topical research I have done.
Out of my 100% allotment to this sector, I have 50% to ILMN. The other 50% is in VRTX, BLUE, AXSM If I could only keep one of the latter 3 I would keep VRTX. There is a lot to like about it but my cost is under $250 i don't know if I would get in at this moment. The nasdaq had some obviously weird movement today.
I don't get this market or these retail investors. These people clearly had no issue buying TSLA at 1750+ based on the current situation....and just because california extended their reopening plans..all of a sudden TSLA is worth less?
