    He isn’t an Obama appointee. He was a Trump appointee that had an ounce of integrity and wouldn’t rubber stamp everything Barr did at the behest of Trump.

    Barr needs to rethink this Carpenito appointment. It sounds like Carpenito may not be the immoral piece of **** that Trump and Barr want for that spot.

    I know Giuliani is senile and may end up contributing to Trump going to prison, but he has to know some gutless immoral candidates that will do exactly what the President wants.

    Senate republicans continue to surrender their constitutional responsibility of checks and balance to an executive branch that has gone amok. It will be interesting see if they continue this should a Democrat becomes president. Also wonder what happens if they lose control of the senate?
