I was all-in last year, and the playoffs did not sway me. I am still all-in. Dude is legit.

I love everything about this guy. Our true 3rd option. Sorry EG and Clint.

The fact that he's been one of our better, more consistent players, is why we're losing games we shouldn't. No offense to the job he's done, but... his talent level is what it is. Guys like Ego & Capela should be embarrassed they're getting outplayed by a fringe NBA guy. Ego probably is embarrassed. Capela... I have my doubts.

Rockets are not going anywhere if House is the 3rd option. EG and Clint better pick it up.

    This.

MDA basically said as much when he said House gives him everything he has.

The job of House is to play good enough defense stay on the court, hit 3's and create a little from time to time.

He is supposed to make small forward not such a glaring hole, and let the team address their holes at the 4 and 5.

Well he's no longer a fringe NBA guy, but really shouldn't be higher than an 8th man on a true contender....

The bright side is we now have a positive contract that Daryl can package for a real starter when the opportunity comes....

We clearly can't afford to let EG force himself out of his slump by to chucking 30 footers. Might as well continue to feed House and give him the confidence he needs to be ready for the playoffs this time around.

The Rockets will need Gordon’s ability to space the floor as the season progresses. However, D’Antoni should keep House and Tucker as the starting forwards, with Gordon returning to his elite sixth man role. House has proven to be a two-way player at small forward.

You are selling House short. He hits open threes, can create off the dribble, and plays good defense. That’s a starting-caliber wing.

Now, he shouldn’t be the third option in any contender’s offense, but he can definitely start on a playoff team.

I don't know what the stats say, but my eyeballs tell me he is a below average team defender at this point. I've seen him get lost and give up lots of backdoor cuts. Effort is there so hopefully he will improve with time.

I'm not selling house short. He may be ok starting on certain teams, but he's not going to make our team a contender starting

He's an above average defender, but he's not a defensive stopper.

I'd flip him in a heartbeat for someone like ariza, when we first got him from Washington.

We need good to great defenders at all other starting positions due to Russ and james shortcomings on the perimeter.

Uhhh people has plenty of questions after Danuel didnt play well in the Playoffs at all against GS. Also...btw that dumb Tucker lineup, has the highest net rating in the league.

Love House , would have loved to see how well he could have played last year if not sent down for 2 month because of a contract dispute

If he continues to shoot like this, he is absolutely a starting SF on a contender, IMO.

Imagine him being 6'9 and having Caboclo arms though. Can't have it all.
