Appreciation Thread : to all the Mainland China Rockets fans that will leave us

    Thank you for your supports for years since the Yao era, no matter you are a Yao only fan or Lin only fan (btw he is actually an American just in case you need to find a reason to hate him in future), we do appreciate all your supports and the traffics bought to CF.

    Being said that, moving forward since there won’t be any Rockets games broadcasting in China in the foreseeable future, I do offer you some suggestions for this difficult period of time :

    1. Please support your CBA while you still be able to root for former Rockets legends like Jeremy and Dmo.

    2. Please support your national men’s soccer team as that’s your most popular sport in the country.

    3. Please stop buying products like Apple or Nike those kind of American brands, we are on the same boat with you together and wanted so badly to defeat Trump.

    4. Please actively participate in your own social medias like Weibo and Wechat to discuss all the political issues and concerns that you have shared with us today with your piers in China, no matter what your opinions will be and what sides you will be on, we always believe more discussions and civilized debates and freedom of speech are always good for everyone in this world.

    Not been here for a while and not knowing who you are, may I ask "are you the owner of this forum?"

    If so, I have no other choice but to leave permanently.

    If not, I do not intend to leave.

    Just as you stated, more discussions and civilized debates are always good for everyone in this world. Especially when they are between people from different sides of the world.

    You are completely failed to read a simple message : I never asked anyone to leave, I offered appreciations for those angry “Rockets fans” saying they are leaving because they are upset about what Morey had said.

    these are not “former” Rockets legends.

    You can’t be a “former” Rockets legend (well, I guess technically Ryno is a “former” Rockets legend). Once you leave the Rockets you are a full-blown Rockets legend.

    most of them growing up watching Kobe or Lebron anyway~

    when the finals come, they'd just be supporting the shxt out of the Lakers

    Chinese fans, since you are all gathered here which hasn't happened for ages, why not give us some chinese food recipe.

    I love chinese food but only can eat the "western" version of it.

    I would like to try the authentic especially if it's a rare dish you can't find in the chinese restaurants. Most food dishes in restaurants here are from Shanghai and southern China.

    Any advice and recommendation is welcome.

    I've been to China around 10 times in my life, and authentic recipes usually involve animals and animal parts that westerners normally don't eat.
