Forget whether a toe was on the line, it's apparently tough to see when Durant & Thompson are 10 feet out of bounds.
Warriors are 0-7 in OT games this year, including the OT loss they had vs the Rockets in this very series.
Because they didn't want to, just like they didn't wanna look at it when Durant was clearly out of bounds during that regular season game against us.
Refs suck again, but I'm going to console myself with the likelihood that they would have just fouled us on the floor until we went to the line for two free throws. Then after they inbound and get their two free throws, we're down three with only a couple seconds left. Probably still would've lost.
There is a big difference between calling a charge and calling out of bounds. An out of bounds is out of bounds no matter if your foot is barely on the line or your 1 foot out like klay was. A charge call is based on interpretation of rules where mistakes are constantly made for and against teams, that’s why they don’t get called late in games especially playoffs. Why wasn’t klay being out reviewed? Being out of bounds is a reviewable play right?
people need to stop saying this.....they still had their title team out there without him. The guys who won 73 games. KD is just the icing on that cake
Mistakes are made constantly on out of bounds plays as well. The charge was a much easier call to make, frankly, then this out of bounds play. On replay, both are equally easy to catch. And they're not allowed to review plays on which there wasn't a whistle during play. It sucks, but those are the rules the NBA teams have agreed to.
why should we stop saying it ? if we cant beat them without him, we cant beat them with him. why so many excuses ? we CHOKED here big time.
Didnt seem like it in real time, and if it was, it would have been close. Dont think anybody raised it at the time, even with 2 players right there. ref seems focused on upper body in case of foul and wont blame him for missing it. BTW how many points did Harden have in the 4th?
Harden attempted ONLY 4 SHOTS in the final quarter. This is where stars should take over the game when teammates are struggling, especially offensive juggernaut like Harden. I am sure there were also a lot of no-calls against the GSW. Had a brilliant chance to win with KD out but Rockets blew it. Can't be blaming the refs for this one.
Refs were not the reason today. Chris Paul was flopping like crazy instead of trying to ball. He was fortunate to get some of those calls but the refs stopped falling for it. We need to stop whining about calls. This was an evenly officiated game.
We got two crucial late game out of bounds calls in one of our earlier losses. In close games, you would see the ref with their eyes noticeably focused downward.
