I don’t like Euron’s look. He seems out of place in the GOT world and I have no idea why. It’s disrupting for me when he’s on screen.
Everything about him seems out of place. He came into the show really late, with no warning or anything. At least with Ramsay the Bolton family had already been established and there were references to Roose's "b*stard." But with Euron, he shows up with no forewarning, and suddenly he's a level 10 boss that has no depth or complexity to him. Oh, and he's great at ****ing **** up. Is he this horribly written in the books?
I wouldn't like it if Sansa is the one who ultimately gets the throne. I mean, she's just proving to be another stubborn northerner that doesn't trust anyone. Why would she be the right choice? She going to kill every houses lord and make northerners the new rulers of the seven kingdoms? She doesn't trust anyone and she totally screwed over Jon by betraying her sworn word to him to keep his identity secret. Jon going to reward her with the throne for destroying his love with Daeny? She doesn't seem like her arc was anything special. She just turned into a cold b****. Kit says the ending is "bittersweet." Nothing bittersweet about our two main characters dying for Sansa to be the queen by herself with no husband prospects(tyrion? Would anyone care if they ended up together?) I wouldn't doubt if we get some time jump where Daeny is pregnant, and she passes away in childbirth just like Jons/Aegons mom and Jon/Aegon ends up ruling by himself with his newborn son.
Not a book reader but he's apparently much more bad ass, sinister and detailed of a character in the books. IIRC he's got an eye patch in the books too. Anyone with an eye patch is cool. Legit pirate in the books
Only thing I would complain about is the last scene. Cersei's army could have just started firing away at Dany, the dragon, and her army. What was there to lose?
she could have killed Tyrion as well with a giant arrow. I guess Cercei is not a mad queen after all. maybe she's going to win the battle of westeros.
He kind of does He was the outcast of the GreyJoy family. Theon's day basically had banished him They skipped over his brother "The Damp Hair" Which was basically a Water Priest After Theon's day dies. . . he just comes in and takes charge Rocket River
EXACTLY!! Why not show that???? Throw Away Line of the show - The New Prince of Dorne is on Dany's side How the hell? Who spoke to him? Who is he? WTF? Rocket River
Tell me I’m wrong that episode 5 could be going on the same time as game 7 Sunday night? (We need to win in 6 lol)
Apparently he’s waaaaaay more crazy and sadistic in the books. He would’ve been better at the beginning when the show had balls. Also there’s been a huge reaction from the feminist contingent upset that Jon is going to usurp the throne and got complimented for riding a dragon.
It's because he looks like an extra from the Dukes of Hazard. He even acts that way. Sir Cooter the pirate, wearing overalls and brandishing a big wrench!
You guys have it wrong, Jon is going to have Sansa executed in the same manner Ned killed that man in season one because it's what punishment is called for treason. Jamie is going to kill Cercei and Tyrion will kill Danerys for the same reason his brother killed the mad king.
Bran-Bot: "And his real name is Aegon Targaryen." (long pause) Arya: "GTFO of here with that s***." Sansa: "So that makes him, what?, our cousin?" Arya: "So that means he's been doing his auntie?" Bran-Bot: "And riding the pet dragons........as a form of foreplay." Sansa and Arya together: (say it like the girls walking back to all-girls college campus in "Animal House". "EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW." : I mentioned the new Prince of Dorne thing to my GoT fan coworker. It sailed right past him, it was such a throwaway line. Hopefully the Dornish show up to kick some Golden Company a**.
It should be a throwaway line because there's no way you can account for that part of the globe's story in just 2 episodes and still close all of (or even just half) the loose ends.
