    All of that sounds fine...except the league goes on and nobody cares much about what you did six years ago. Teams get better, and smart GMs find ways to keep improving their teams by being able to actually make trades...This season, Morey took a step back and many of the best GMs took a step forward. The ball is in Morey's court.

    He was every bit as useless as anticipated. I still think Morey must have been possessed by another person this offseason.

    A lot of people acting like they knew Melo wasn't gonna work here all along.

    I for one was fired up when we signed him to the minimum (I had dreams of Olympic Melo). It didn't work out. We had no risk and we just cut bait on a failed bet. It happens. Wish Melo the best.

    “Took a step back”?? You are acting like he lost his speed or his jumper. He didn’t forget how to manage an NBA roster overnight.

    Sure, he made some bad signings...Every GM occasionally misses. But for every bad one you bring up, there’s a good move we can point to also. We could do much worse than DM the GM.
