It'd be hilarious if Harden led some double life where he's all about the business and "parties" is just code for a real meeting decked out with suits and agents.
When he was signed, a friend of mine who is a big Suns fan said that if we win the title this season, Tucker will be a big part of the reason. For me, he is the guy that matches up with Draymond Green...he's the guy that's going to do the stuff we don't necessarily want Harden and Paul doing. He can defend most positions well and score, too. He's what Marwin Gonzalez is to the Astros.
Went to the Milwaukee game last night. First time seeing PJ live. Holy ish he looks like he could bench a dump truck. He and Prince Luc have been fantastic additions to the team. ...And Chris Paul wasn't bad either.
I would feel much better about our chances at dethroning the Warriors if PJ can shoot 40% in the playoffs. Having one of our defenders spot up in the wing is the way to punish teams that try to take away the CC pick and roll. In the fact, the last few games, we are seeing more of that as the help defenders are sticking closer to Capela, which is leaving PJ open in the corner. If PJ is bricking, it takes away CC's effectiveness which ultimately cripples our offense.
PJ is shooting 43.7 3F% during this streak, on nearly 2 makes a game. Despite that, count on Green not guarding him closely in the playoffs, as Green won't be able to resist providing GSW rim protection. This is also why having Ryan out there vs Green has worked this year, because Green cannot leave Ryan...so our driving has been better.
Besides PJ this team is loaded to compete for the Chip! Still the bench is not giving enough credit like the Raptors bench is given. Will see how it goes tomorrow against the Best from the East.
Off topic here, but why the hell is the game between the best team in the west and the best team in the east NOT on national TV?!
Newsflash: 2Pat still sucks. He's underperforming for a team that REALLY needs him to be productive. So glad we never signed this stiff to anything long-term.
