no thanks. i feel like the rockets might become the MLS where we take in aging stars who were great... 10 years ago.
all this crap about old players, while minnesota has a team that will probably just rip threw the west fast.
I feel like there's this huge anti-sentiment towards ball-dominant perimeter guys who are past their prime. Not everyone turns into an inefficient chucker like Allen Iverson or Kobe during their last few years. We've seen guys like Vince Carter and Joe Johnson adapt their ball-dominant starter type role into trustworthy veteran role player. Ray Allen was quite flashy during his younger days in Milwaukee and Seattle, yet most people will probably remember him as the aged role player hitting a corner 3 for Miami. Melo absolutely could have been a Vince Carter 2.0 on our team. Now Wade hasn't proven to be a reliable 3pt shooter throughout his career, but he's always been a dangerous passer and exceptionally strong post up game on both offense and defense. As a guy who comes off the bench to take advantage of weaker PGs and hybrid PG/SGs, he'd be a strong offensive option with an easy kick out to a Gordon or Ariza 3. Obviously it's very unlikely Wade comes here, but I think the disregard for past prime perimeter players has gone overboard here.
We might as well face that the team we have is what we have the rockets do not know how to compete with other teams for a player we always throw Analytics at the player most likely stuff no player wants to hear so wade or anybody else ain't trying to hear that noise
Sense you seem to be a guy who off the short bus let me break it down for you WADES ASS ain't coming here you got it now dick head
We need young two way players that can three and D. Not sure I'm comfortable with Bobby Brown and Isiah Taylor as backup pg.
i mean he and lebron have shown to have the closest relationship bw the two. no way he turns that down.
Between Harden, CP3 and Gordon your entire 96 minutes of back court rotation is pretty much set We need to save X-factor bobby brown for the playoffs. You may not like Booby but he was a 40% 3 point shooter last season #facts
