He basically took shots at them, saying that he's been making sure that all the money donated stays within Houston and is actually directed towards helping out with the rebuilding process. I'm sure there will be exact quotes from his interview later, but I know for certain he did call out red cross by name as one of the organizations he's making sure to direct people away from, likely because of all the controversy (which is legitimate) that surrounds them.
