quick inning for fister. that type of urgency would have been nice in detroit or toronto.

QO stands for Quality Out when it comes to Fister.

I sure hope Hinchy spends the early portion of 2017 giving Kevin Chapman more and more chances. Kid could be a real asset if he gets it together.

Fister sucks. This teams a long ways away.. Better be ready to open the pockets this offseason or expect plenty more mediocre seasons.

At least Hinch didn't have to hurt any of his buddies on the team's feelings by having to actually make a difficult decision and benching Fister. And for Hinch, that is the important part. The consummate weak, spineless manager that cannot bring himself to do anything that would ruffle anyone's feathers.

It surprises me that Chapman continues to struggle this inning.

pitching didn't even give us a chance today and our bullpen just couldn't handle the overload.
RIP 2016. We're not that far off, just spend like a pro team and stop making the a's look like high rollers.

Pettis is such a ****ing idiot. My lord, down 5 runs against a guy with the best arm in the league and Altuve coming up.

Marisnick is safe but I don't even care. Know your situation.

nice to see them overturn that. one of those where if they weren't able to make that judgment, it defeats the purpose of having replay
