Beasley is perfect off the bench.

Beasley's career 1.3 assists/game says he's best utilized without another dominant ball handler (Beard) on the court.

1.3 assists/  is one of the lowest avgs I've seen for any non-center

Beasley is the Reggie Miller of Fowards

Seems like Beasley is better than DMo!

Beasley was the #2 pick in the 2008 draft and he's got talent coming out the wazoo. "If" his head is right he can be absolutely devastating to the opposing teams that he plays against, but that's a big IF. I didn't know how to react in actually seeing a Rockets PF knocking down mid range jumpers LOL and if he can keep that up then the floor will really open up for everyone else. So used to the 3 ball or bust mentality by the rockets.

He is great as a primary scoring option for the 2nd unit.

He's good off the bench and can get his offensively but he is known to have locker room issues and play some horrible defense

He really has no place on this team moving forward and should not be here next season

He is better than Terrence Jones and Josh Smith. D-Mo is hurt, so yes, they should start Beasley.

Beasley is better off the bench, his chucking ways would be tiresome if he was with the starters more often.

With DMo's conditioning not being where it needs to be and the Rockets seeing success with small ball, Beasley should find all the minutes he can stand off the bench so long as he can stay out of foul trouble.

Either way, it's nice having 2 productive players at the 4 for the first time all season. I think that could go a long way to the Rockets turning things around.

This is the exact same statement that was said about Josh Smith. That sediment was carried until he helped big in the playoffs. I'm not saying Beasley is going to do that but he has shown nothing but willingness to play hard and hustle for this team for the final playoff push. Minimum deal producing a spark for the team is huge. If he consistently gives half of what he did yesterday the signing would be a win.

Nothing about his game screams starter. He's low efficiency, streaky, a poor defender, and mediocre rebounder. Just because he's talented doesn't mean he's reliable. We have a three game sample size against several seasons. That said, we might just need to start him because we have absolutely no options at the position.

I could tell last night. Hopefully Beasley can help the team and at some point they may get some production from DMO because as of late he's done very little.

There's no point starting DMo if he won't get more than 10 minutes a game. How dumb is that?

Actually beez is a good rebounder and play defense pretty good there was a season where he average 19 ppg so mediocre naw I don't think he qualifies as that but he is definitely reliable if used correctly but I'm loving kj defense
