The thing about trailers is...downhill is easy, but they go a whole lot slower uphill. Driver has to compensate.
It's crazy but I don't even think WINNING a SB is what we're wanting to see out of this organization. At the least, ONE AFC Championship game appearance would definitely help us shine some light on the progress that this organization has made. For now we are all just supposed to be content with being a Wild Card survivor that won 10 games yet can't make it out of the 2nd round of the playoffs. Yeah, pat on the back, again. Well deserved BoB.... *Insert Jason Garrett golf clap*
Don't be fooled by the 31 points in the box score. This was a 51-7 drumming just like 21-7 last year, 34-16 vs. the Pats the year before, and the 30-0 before that. Defense was bad, but the offense wasn't far behind.
Why would that hurt Cal? Watson is already a TWO-time AFC South Champion. He is on top of the mountain! What more could Cal want?
Special teams sucked too. And the coaching. If not for that (offense, defense, special teams, coaching), I think we could have very well won that game.
I think you may be asking the wrong question: would BO'B, who has slowly built an impenetrable empire in Houston, accept a lowly offensive coordinator position? And my guess is no. He would take a job in college where he could run the whole program. I'm sure Kubiak has an ego - but it's nowhere near the size of BO'B's.
Glad he can see the Future. What are the lottery numbers for Saturday. Pick some random asshat on Twitter...ok, then.
As long as there are sheep like you who will stand by and defend the Texans no matter what, Cal will continue to take this franchise nowhere, winning absolutely nothing
