They are all used to Harden's greatness. 48 PTS, 8 AST, 18/18 FT, on 22 FG. Just another boring game for Harden. Nothing to see here. Move alone.

It’s funny because they can never say anything positive about the rockets even when they are doing good. “the suns aren’t playing D” true but maybe think it’s also because of the rockets amazing scoring?

It really doesn't matter how ruhdiculous the actual contest was; it was Chris freaking Paul's first game back. He's voted as Top 10 player in every list.

Had Draymond Green been out all this time and returned to an 11-4 GSW juggernaut of a team, and had a first game BLOWOUT with that passing of Paul's, overall ability to facilitate the offense and no chemistry issues, they'd be raving about it, despite any 40pt blowout.

It's clear, the only thing they wanted to say was "won't work" "doesn't work" and that plan didn't work ... even Reggie said at end of game, "We still don't know how the closing game is going to work."

    won't work.

These dude notoriously mail in the second game of these double headers. It's about 1am by halftime and they probably take naps and just try to stay awake.

They had time to completely re-review the highlights of the GSW/BOS game after the Rockets game was over....in a more serious manner. The just "mailed in" their review of the second game and Chris Paul's return to the NBA ... a few minutes later.

I guaranteed you, if Kawaii returns on a TNT game and Pops blows out the Suns by 40 points, they wont be talking over the Ernie giving the highlights of that game.
    come on, mane.

Yep I totally agree. It was mind boggling that there was no mention of CP3 what-so-ever, he played very well to.

It just is what it is. They don't like James Harden and they don't like the Rockets. Barkley is the guy who has deep seeded issues with the Rockets but realizes sometimes he isn't being fair and tries to overcome that. It's like me complimenting the Red Sox lol. Shaq is just an oaf. He doesn't like the Rockets stemming from the Dwight Howard days because of his childish issues with Dwight. That led to a feud in his mind and it transferred to Harden.

The only way to shut them up is to win The Finals.

Think has to do with How the Spurs, Warriors, Clippers , Jazz, or Thunder(w/ Durant) Althought Now since rockets got to west final we have made a little noise, and last year was bad.. Rockets dont have the full potential because harden runs out of steam, so they dont take houston serisouly. This year could be different, if only if houston gets to WCF, and somehow wins in 7 and gets to finals. Thats how okc got respect is you have to reach the finals. They do think houston is a dangerous team, just like how chris was with clippers, but never could make that big hump beating spurs, warriors...

I didn't realize it was only once. I feel like I've seen him more than that but I'm probably just wrong.

You realize if Horry was a regular on that show, they would have dumped either Pippen or Tmac
    or both

He's such a superior analyst than both of them

Yeah, for one he wouldn't sit there and talk about himself and his teams constantly. The whole 'this is what I did in my career' style analyzing is boring. It wouldn't be all that bad but these guys inflate memories of themselves and it becomes the entire discussion. It's like they all forget that their job is to provide insight for the game that's being played now.

Thought I'd bump this, since we're the second game in the TNT doubleheader, tonight against the Jazz.
